Hi. Currently I am in search for a new gaming mouse. I intend to upgrade from my Logitech G9 and the main contenders i have found seem to be the razer deathadder and the roccat kone+.
I have heard mixed things about the deathadder and not very much about the kone+ but it looks like a very nice mouse.
The reason i want to change from the G9 is the fact that after about 2 years it has started to fall apart, the left side is completely worn away because of my thumb and so has the right side. also the G9 seems to be a little clunky, for instance the main body of the mouse doesn't seem to fit well enough and moves freely a little if that makes any sense.
I am someone who games a lot and I play mostly counterstrike and league of legends so its mostly for FPS gaming.
If people can help me decide which mouse to get and even recommend some that I haven't heard of that would be great.
my limit of spending is about £70 so keep that in mind.
Logitech MX518, great gaming mouse, not too expensive, hasn't let me down.
Hope I helped :buddy:
mx 518
g500
G700
im looking for a wired mouse but also one that looks nice and i dont really like the look of the g500 and mx518:/
Well balls to ya then, they're really good.
looks like im just gonna go for the razer deathadder just because of how clean and simple it looks

Don't
Trust us
Get the MX 518 or G500
for what reason?
Razer is generally cheap pasticy crap that dies in a couple of years.
Logitech has proven itself to be reliable.

Deathadder all flash, no substance and not very good build quality.
Get the MX518/G500.
You wont regret it.

Pretty much this.
for what reason?
The build quality is better
They are very comfortable
hmm i will consider the g500 then

The middle scroll wheel can lock so its either clicky scroll like most mice or free scroll its quite useful for scrolling down long pages
So you don't want to buy a mouse because it looks ugly? What are you doing when playing a game, looking at the mouse? How do you hit anything when you can't see the screen?
how light is the g500 ?
I bought an MX518 recently, by the way. Completely worth it.
Get the R.A.T 7 :v:
i've heard that the R.A.T is flimsy and "bendy"
how light is the g500 ?
It includes weights to weigh it down for a heavier or lighter mouse
But without them it is pretty light
If anyone has tried both logitech g9 and g500 could they tell me how much better the g500 is?

Damn you and your TF2 skills. No wonder you start to mass murder people.

what.
I got the Deathadder as a gift, and I really love mine, but I've used the Mx518 and I like it better, just not enough for me to buy it.
Also, the g500 felt small for me, I liked the feel of the g9 better.

Just a few things about the mouse
I hear the Razer Deathadder is good.
i've heard that the R.A.T is flimsy and "bendy"
I like it since you can adjust everything on it. It fits perfectly in my hand. And mine is not "bendy"
well the g500 does look a much better mouse than the g9 i have so i think ill just get that, How durable is the g500 though? as the person in the video said the g500 has that nice finish on the top which makes you sweat less, my g9 has been ruined mostly by sweat on my hand lol.
I also want to get a new mouse mat because the razer goliathus that i have has picked so much crap up off my hands and stuff that the mouse is pretty slow to move across it, any good ones i should look at?

Make sure you have enough space on your desk
If you don't have enough space try the QcK
:S the shipment cost even from the EU website is 20euros which i think is a bit extreme :/
Nvm found it on play.com for much less =D
