That's actually quite good, the proportions don't seem to be off to much. The only thing I can think of is her head looks a little small.
Were you working from a reference image?

It's decent, but there is a lot of stuff that needs fixing. You flattened out a lot of the forms by just drawing objects wrapped around the body as almost a straight line. This is really obvious on the belt straps wrapping around her abdomen. It seems like when you were rendering you decided to render some parts, just give a base coating of pencil on others, and leave other parts untouched. This makes things confusing too, because we expect the whole thing to be rendered, when in fact it's not. That kills all the form and makes it look flat. Coupling that with the belt strap problems, and the fact that all of her clothes and accessories seem to be glued on to her body, there is a lot you can improve. I don't know how serious you are about drawing, but you might want to take another shot at drawing it, this time trying to keep these things in mind. It's important that when you're drawing, you understand what you're putting down on the page, and not to just blindly copy the lines you think you see. Keep at it. Cheers.

I mean there are, but you can't just learn to draw from tutorials, anyway they usually suck and give bad information. You can teach yourself using books and learning anatomy (Bridgman, Loomis, Vanderpoel are all good teachers who wrote fantastic books on drawing the figure), but really the most important thing is to draw. Especially drawing from life. Draw everything you see, your family, your friends, your computer, your pillow, your shoe, your desk, a quarter, a chair... literally everything. You'll learn better accuracy, line quality, and how forms exist in space. These are very important, maybe the most important things for pure draftsmanship. Values and shading is a different ballgame altogether, one that should be practiced more when you have a stronger grasp on line work.

Did you really feel the need to bump a thread that's almost a year old only to act true to the Tali fanboy stereotype instead of giving some valid feedback?
1) finish it 2) Make a coloured version Thats some skill you've got, and i like it.
Now all you need to do is make her naked.
