I would assume so. It sounds like they're just a branch of Peacekeepers that don't wait for the situation to get totally out of control before stepping in. Which, honestly, is something the UN should have done long ago.
As good as this sounds, it shouldn't be labelled as peacekeepers, they're the exact opposite of peacekeepers if they're doing more than just defend stuff and people.

I think we learned from Rwanda and Bosnia that it's not a good idea to trust Belgians or Danes with defending people.
