I have recently found my PC full of useless programs and full disk space. I have no disk that came with my PC. My PC is a Windows Vista but is in Windows 7 format. I tried System Restore but i have no saved points. Is it possible to do anything? Should i just give up? Please help!

I got a thing that made it Windows 7, but if I reset my PC to factory settings, it would be Windows Vista once more.
So, you installed Windows 7 on it, then restored it to Windows Vista?
Or did you just use a theme with Windows Vista
