Washington Post [release]The pro football playoffs begin this weekend, but Fox Sports is already making sure there'll be solid television ratings no matter what teams make it to the Super Bowl on Feb. 6. That's because conservative Fox News talk show host Bill O'Reilly will be interviewing President Obama during the pre-game show, the White House confirmed today. When other networks broadcast the game in Obama's first two years in office, NBC had host Matt Lauer (2009) conduct the sit-down, while Katie Couric handled it last year for CBS. O'Reilly , who interviewed Obama during the 2009 presidential campaign believes he gave Obama the toughest interview of anyone during that election. Unclear whether he'll be that tough this time around.[/release] I wonder if he'll ask him how tides work.
He should just ask him about the Super Bowl and nothing else.
I cant see this ending good. "so obama how does it feel to be a commie, I mean socialist, I mean you caring of the well being of the poor"
I'll bring popcorn.
I can't wait! It's either going to be ridiculously entertaining or ridiculously boring. ... I wonder if he'll try to sprinkle holy water on Obama?
This won't end well.
Is there a way to watch it live online? I don't have cable. :frown:
It's Bill O Reilly, not Glenn Beck. Obama just has to set him straight by telling him how tides work and then they're set.

I wanna watch it live!
I'm surprised Obama's going along with it.
I vote Obama bring a meteorologist with him to explain the tides :D
I'm surprised Obama's going along with it.
I know he'll pull a stunt, I just know it. [editline]6th January 2011[/editline]
I wanna watch it live!
Not until you eat your dinner dear. Still, I guess they'll have it live on fox sports or something. Hopefully they don't cut the line right at the interview.
I hope he calls O'Reilly an asshole on national television. I don't know why, I just do.
I hope he calls O'Reilly an asshole on national television. I don't know why, I just do.
So that he gets an even worse name for himself with the conservatives?
Man.. if O'Reilly doesn't ask about the tides, then that's going to be the gamebreaker for Obama
Man.. if O'Reilly doesn't ask about the tides, then that's going to be the gamebreaker for Obama
I can imagine Obama bringing nothing but diagrams showing how the tide works and a science textbook for O'Reilly.
I wish Glenn Beck interviewed Obama. It'd end hilariously.
I wish Glenn Beck interviewed Obama. It'd end hilariously.
I wish Glenn Beck interviewed a political science professor or an economist. That would end even more hilariously.
I wish Glenn Beck interviewed a political science professor or an economist. That would end even more hilariously.
Richard Dawkins. Oh god, do it now!
I think Noam Chomsky would be better. A socialist libertarian arguing with a retarded libertarian. Oh think of the hilarity.
Noam Chomsky is always better.
Richard Dawkins. Oh god, do it now!
Bill O'Reilly interviewed Dawkins already, did you see that?

Maybe Obama will bring his birth certificate.
I can't wait.
Bill O'Reilly interviewed Dawkins already, did you see that?
But has Glenn Beck?
Obama is just going to laugh at O'Reilly. [editline]7th January 2011[/editline]
Bill O'Reilly interviewed Dawkins already, did you see that?
Fucking hilarious, Bill-o never had a chance.
Bill-o reilly pisses me off so much. It's not that he is religious, its just that he never lets anyone else talk, always talks over, interrupts and uses baseless arguments to try to make the other person look wrong. He is such a terrible example in which people would look up to.
I wish Glenn Beck interviewed a political science professor or an economist. That would end even more hilariously.
He does practically every week, just so you know... and obviously they support his side, as he brings them in to explain things he's talking about. And besides, you're not going to find a credible economist who disagrees with Beck on many things. Key word: credible
