Theres a bit of shading on this one.
My advice is stay away from the stick figures and get into the character shapes and shading. Keep it simple.

The only thing that has changed is that you now draw smaller and with less detail.
Oh and you've skipped some black lines, but that's it.

Well you stopped drawing heads with the circle tool and you discovered the fact that hands are connected to shoulders, not the head. I would suggest that your next discovery would be hips, as your legs simply start at the torso as if they were string hanging from underneath a box.
After that I'd suggest looking into the following things:
-Nose
-Lips
-Iris
-Ring and pinky finger

A more short term suggestion though: try drawing bigger and simpler, focus more on the overall shape instead of the details. Do some silhouette drawings.

And forget about the line quality for now, focus on getting the overall shape right instead of it looking clean
