Two harddrives. Which should be my OS drive?

Hello, building a new PC, just waiting on the parts after my old PC pooped out on me.

I ordered the Samsung F3 1TB which I'm excited about, but I have my existing 160GB Western Digital from February 2007 that I salvaged from the PC as well.

Would you guys think it would be safe/ok to use my WD as my boot drive with my OS and my core programs on it? Or Should I use the Samsung and use the Western Digital as an extra storage drive.

set up a partition on f3 for your system, use the other space and the other drive for other stuff (games, bloatwarepornpictures and so on)

Thanks guys! Is it possible to set up a partition with the Windows 7 disk? Or is that feature not available?

Yeah, you can set up partitions in setup.
