Email help (Suspicious emails been sent to people from my email)

So, I got home today, and found this in my inbox:

Now, before you say it, I don't think this was accomplished by phishing, because I don't really need to keep logging into my email, I leave it logged in, and I don't use this password for anything else, either.
Any ideas what this was, and how to prevent this from happening again? I've changed my password, and some of my other accounts which are all fine.
If you're interested to see what was inside the email, here's a screenshot:

Alot of my friends have this issue. I don't know how to fix it. They've changed their passwords and tried lots of things but they just ended up making a new account.
Strange, it looks like a keylogger but if you don't type in your password how could it get it?
Have you logged in on another computer before and needed to type your password?
I don't use any other computers, atleast, not for anything that would require me to log into stuff like this.
I'll do some scans, just incase.
Done scanning with Malwarebytes, nothing found..
