I'm having trouble uninstalling a lot of programs. Most web searches tell me to use the "Windows Installer Cleanup utility (MSICUU2.exe)" because the information that the Windows installer keeps about the program is corrupted.
Unfortunately, Microsoft no longer offers MSICUU2.exe because it caused problems for some people. I'm skeptical about downloading it from somewhere else since "official" Microsoft programs like that are good targets for getting viruses and spyware onto people's computers.
Any ideas?
