I'm looking to buy a new computer. A desktop computer that isn't dell. A good quality computer that can run games on maximum settings and has good performance.
My budget is £700 / $1091. I cannot go over that budget.
Can anyone recommend some good, cheap computer sites? Or customize one for me.
Here's what's on my mind at this moment: http://www.gateway.com/systems/product/529668676.php
Why can't you build your own, cause I show you a build a far better computer for 2/3 of the price
I don't know how. And It's best for me not to ;)
But it's so easy, I'll post some vids in a couple of minutes

no
Well, run what games on max settings?
Present gen: Battlefield Badcompany 2, Crysis, Dirt 2.
Or past gen: CoD: Modern Warfare 2 (It's using DX9, it goes under last gen), Source games.
All prebuilds are shit

Well let me put it this way, the PC in your OP couldn't run shit. I could put together a build for you that'll be maxing out games like BC:2

Coming into this section with that mentality is generally a bad idea.
Fine. I'll have a go at building it myself after seeing the video, it doesn't seem that hard.
Can you link me to a website for cheap parts and guide me on WHAT TO GET?
Motherboard
Processor
Graphics Card
Heat Sink
Memory
Cooling Tower?
Case?
Power Supply
If you really don't want to build it yourself, goto any computer shop and tell them what you want they will build it for you for a small fee.
Where are you from? UK?
ps: change the avatar, i dont want to see a penis everytime

Click 'Summarize' at the side, someone recommended me that, what do you think?
Build your own computer, if you don't, you will be spammed with dumbs. Even I could do it and I'm 11.

It's like very expensive legos, just don't push it and it's just about impossible to do wrong. As a matter of fact I'm going to make up a build in your price range.

Being a jackass is generally a bad idea. Have fun with your shit prebuilt that you're going to spend $1000 on because you have no idea what the fuck you're talking about when it comes to hardware.
