Again. Its not to catch a (eff) (pee) (ess).
Its "To Catch a FPS". Remember, the original series is called "To Catch a Predator".
So, stop with the grammar sheet.
This got real old real fast, even the first one was shit.

FPS is said as eff-pee-ess and thus uses "an" like MMO
Too slow compared to the others. He made a bad choice using a character with no real dialogue except for his suit.
That was really boring and had nothing funny or interesting in it.
I'm getting tired of these "nothing" machinimas.
Haha, this one actually made me laugh. The ones with the L4D chars - ehh smile. :v:

This is my world, and in my world I say A FPS.
No, you are wrong, I am right, get out.
Also - last one with francis was shit, but this one is hell better - but Bill is the best
Only good part was the age and the gnome. The other's were different, and better.
It doesn't matter what letter the word/acronym starts with, it matters how it sounds.
Example: Nobody says "A hour".

Exactly.
I always say "an hour".
You don't really pronounce the "hour" like "how-rr".
If a word begins with a vowel or sounds like it begins with a vowel, you add an "an" in front of it.

Smart man.
Smart man indeed.

So smart that he passed grade 1 English, which apparently the writer of this article (and about half this thread) didn't.
If you would stop disgussing the grammar, the machinima title isn't chosen by the newsposter, there's nothing you can do about it other than ragemail the machinima creator.

"disgussing"
:psypop:
Well since FPS is an acronym that is prenounced eff-pee-ess it should be an "An" infront of it.
However, if you read it as "How to Catch a First Person Shooter" then it is definetly an "A".
Now stop bitching about it, it is only a title and you all suck if it bothers you so much.
This is so bad it's funny
