Like said in title if I leave my computer alone to long it'll be insanely slow or not load at all and I have to restart. Running W7 32-bit.
Do you mean in Standby mode or just normal the-computer-is-on operation?
Normal it goes to desktop but the taskbar wont load up due to lagginess
Are you sure you arn't running a program that will activate when you leave your computer? i used to have that Folding@Home thing that sucked up my CPU when i left my PC.
Bring up taskmanager and look at the graphs to see if either your ram or CPU is at 100% use.
If they are check what is eating the cpu/ram in the processes list.
I can't open up task manager, its incredibly slow.
