Buffalo Wild Wings has ridiculous questions for the online application.

So a friend of mine went to apply at Buffalo Wild Wings the other day, and the lady just handed him a card that said he had to apply online. They dont even want to talk to the employees.
I'm going to apply now.
Here's the questions asked on the online application:

seriously "29. Part of the reason I like action movies is that destroying the enemy would be fun." What the hell does that have to do with cooking food?
Everything has a reason.
If you say that you like destroying things, you're a sick bastard and need to be locked away.
Seems more like a psychiatric evaluation than a job application.
It's all questions designed to help them determine the kind of person you are.

More like to see if you're a terrorist.
I would want to work there.
Also their Blazin' Wings are hot as fuck.

I like destroying things, I destroyed cancer and poverty in Africa but I still destroyed it - Therefore I am evil?

Clearly, Buffalo Wild Wings prefers its employees to be hardcore motherfuckers.

that makes no sense you are just trying to sound smart

No, in the question it says 'destroying the enemy'
If cancer and poverty is your enemy then it applies.
I really don't see the problem here. Most, if not all online applications I've filled out have had a personality evaluation quiz on them. It determines how good of a candidate you are for the job.
Toys R Us has some weird ass questions.
Any arcade has pretty weird stuff, but mostly quick math
Kroger had a question asking "Do you get ridiculed in front of your peers/family?"
Some of them were fucking hilarious, I'll go look up some of em real quick.

Blazin' sauce also tastes fucking terrible, which is disappointing
My mom used to work at a Buffalo Wild Wings. She quit when she found out that they were using wings or something that had expired years earlier. Fun fact.
The pay apparently isn't bad though. At least it wasn't awhile back.
A lot of these strongly depend on context. What if your prior military? You're probably gonna do the job, and do it right, but strongly believe in destroying the enemy.
I'd definitely answer a 1 for the anger ones, I'm rarely ever, ever angry.. but it asks if I've ever felt that way and I definitely have probably once or twice.
If someone stole something, I wouldn't tell them "make it right" i'd tell them "go put that shit back and stop being stupid".
All in context, it's just a game to see if you can answer the questions "correctly".
I think all the non-managerial staff is a bunch of frats and sorority boys/girls. Once you pass the application process hazing begins for about a week.
NIGGER PLEASE!
Wow, that's the dumbest questionnaire I've seen.
And i Watch Fox News.

I thought the question clearly implied "people" or at least something sentient.

So I think I'm done buying food from that store.
A lot of places do this, Dillions (Wichita based Kroger company) had a question on their online-application form asking:
"Is it wrong to fake being polite."

So who actually answers these questions honestly

People who want jobs and realize you can't just skip questions. The real question is who writes them?

No I mean why not just answer the questions in a way that makes you look good
all job applications

The poker face may have been a better choice, although it is on online survey.

You beat up children to keep your smug, unwarranted sense of superiority alive
Who are you to call someone sick

No.
You should donate it to the National Organization for Slender Men.

25 Pages of Ethics questions. Tell me a company that asks for more. I went to apply 2 years ago and I got bored halfway through.
