My current phone crapped out on me, it cost about 30 USD and I am currently using AT&T. Is it possible to get an Iphone 3gs without signing a new contract or paying early termination fees?

I think you can just buy an iphone from someone on like ebay without a contract and just pop your sim card into it and it should work. Just don't go on the internet without a data plan or anything.
