Hello, let me present you the newest tracks my bro made in Cubase - Dr. Trance - uplifting trance. His goal in this track was to make a track that has flawless mastering and flawless transitions. In my eyes, it's true masterpiece. http://soundcloud.com/blackequalizer/blackequalizer-dr-trance
The first transition is actually quite sudden, the first part isn't really building towards, it just comes in. Some of the percussion around 1:30 is a bit annoying and doesn't really seem to fit in. Sounds like I'm listening to someone hammering iron while listening to this. The bleepy synthline at 2 minutes is quite nice and breaks up the repetition nicely. I'm realyl starting to ahte that hammering in the background, pretty much ruins the track. The break is too quiet. There needs to be something, anything, just some ambient drone or anything at here. Ok break ended, pretty cool synth line going here. And the fucking hammering starts again. This time panning for maximum annoyance. So far it's been an ok track but it is pretty unorganised. Oh, the second break is much better. Okay now we're talking. Lots of cool synths going, nice bassline, this is how the rest of the track should work. The ending is okay. Okay so I listened through it. Basically it's well mixed and all, it does feel a tad flat. It seems to be missing some freqeuncy range, and it just doesn't have a very refined feel to it. And the most important crit is for you to remove that goddamn hammering. It's a good song though.

It's not mine track, it's bros, and I will say him to remove that god-damn annoying sound (I noticed it but never really knew what it really way). I agree first 2 minutes are bit cheap, gotta improve that.
Fuck yeah this is awesome.
