I have no effects or anything on this clip. I had to install CCCP to make this clip work, and it lags when I play it in the preview thing. I need it to go faster. Like not 0.3fps. A much higher quality and higher fps clip runs smoothly though. It's a .avi.

If it's playing from the actual timeline, under the Preview Box, open the dropdown menu and select a lower quality. Vegas lags so bad once I have alot of clips on the timeline, the quality will be shitty as hell, but it reduces the lag and the output is all the same.
It's just one clip though, and lower quality didn't help. I converted the clips to a different format and it was fixed.
