Mississippi voters [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mississippi_Amendment_1]overwhelmingly voted the ban into place[/url] in 2004, it's a federal judge that's struck it down

It's kind of cute watching states try and delay the inevitable.

But it's sad when you realize that these are men and women in 2014 who are taking positive action to try and keep some of their own neighbours second-class.
