All of these tools sound like what angry script kiddies wish they could make. They don't seem to really do anything useful, just piss people off and stalk them.
Increasing the hits/rankings of website. That's abuse waiting to happen.
edit: Also a way to trick people into thinking their adverts are getting more traffic, effectively stealing from them. Not that I care for anyone who advertises online.
Half of those tools are already created in the form of botnets. Also txt bombing has been around a while.
