The Political Compass is a test made of 5 pages, each asking questions on different subject. The questions are written in the form of statements, and you must choose how much do you agree with the statement, with the options being: Strongly agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly disagree.

For example, here's the first statement from the first page: "If economic globalisation is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations." (not all questions use big words like this one though).

At the end of the test, you will be told where do you stand on the political compass:

Here's my political compass stance:

Economic Left/Right: -5.62
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.23

So I'm leaning towards the left with a touch of Libertarianism.
I remember taking this test two years ago and being just a single inch above the middle on the vertical black line, then taking it again a year ago and being 3 inches to the left, this time on the horizontal black line, and now I'm almost 6 inches to the left and closer to Libertarianism, so apparently I've moved from the center to the left, and am slowly drifting towards Libertarianism.
