Yes that card will do fine for GTA IV and Crysis (since my GTX 260 runs them fine) and this card is way better than my :P

Depends on your resolution. If it's something like 1440x900 then it'll do fine but if it's something like 2560x1600 then no, not Crysis.

Due to poor optimization GTA IV also requires a very good CPU, so keep that in mind if you are upgrading.
