So I got this very expensive poster here.

As you can see there are some pretty bad air bubbles forming around it, and I'm curious as to how to get rid of them?
Any suggestions?
Thumbtack, just be really careful and keep the holes minimal. You're probably better off just leaving them alone though.

I don't know. It might do the trick but on long term it could totally screw the painting.

depending on the size of the air bubbles, making a TINY hole, and using a big flat object to clear them is often very effective, although you have to be very carefull not to cause any folds.

seems usefull.
Thumbtack may leave too big of a hole, I'd try using a sewing pin.

"keep the holes minimal" was referring to both size and quantity, as the tip of the tack is usually spiked.
Touche
I poked a hole, but now The poster won't stick to the board its attached to, It's fucked.

That means I was successful.

What do you mean wont stick?Surely with all the air gone it would go flat against the board.
Get a syringe and inject a tiny bit a glue into the hole already there.
Maybe.
The material has probably stretched from the air bubble so it wont sink back down.
My suggestion is to do what OvB said but go in through the back with a very small amount of glue. Then work the front carefully with a dowel rod/rolling pin/etc. in all directions until the bubble gets smaller until it no longer exists.
If you are really desperate you could try peeling the entire thing off the backing and re-glue.

This was what I was afraid of. If I were you I would go see a specialist and ask him for some advice. You could call him/her if there isn't one around where you live. It would be sad to see such a painting go to waste.
If you really like it, get it framed. Slab of glass will sort it out.
I have the same one, I tacked it to my wall and there's a rip in the bottom.
My cousins got one as well, no issues though. Good luck.
I know how to fix it. I'm just going to get a Squeegee that isn't destroyed.
