The other person remains in critical condition, officials said.
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/swarm-of-800000-bees-kills-landscaper-in-arizona/ Jesus, nearly a million bees on you, stinging you.
Jesus Christ. Imagine the last thing you see is a horde of bees swarming toward you.
Sweet Jesus. I feel sorry for the guy who had to count them.
How do they even count bees, never mind that many?
I can't even imagine seeing 800,000 bees in one place. It's crazy to think that he was probably stung by a minority of them.

So that's where they've been hiding! Phew!
nobody knows the real number i guess, everyone's basically saying "a fuckload of bees" 300,000, 800,000 at some point it probably doesn't matter anymore
How huge must that swarm be
??
Other sources indicates 800 000 http://edition.cnn.com/2014/10/08/us/bees-kill-man/index.html http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/massive-swarm-around-800-000-bees-kills-arizona-gardener-n221951 http://news.nationalpost.com/2014/10/09/swarm-of-800000-bees-emerges-from-attic-killing-arizona-landscaper-injuring-others/ http://www.turnto23.com/newsy/swarm-of-800000-bees-kills-ariz-man

How can 800,000 bees even hide? The noise itself must be deafening.
How can 800,000 bees even hide? The noise itself must be deafening.
That's what I was thinking.
Probably measure the size of the hive, and make a rough estimate based on that.
In other news: Scientists have finally figured out where the earth's missing bee population went to.
That's what I was thinking.
Maybe it was a part of the house he didn't frequent as much and was well insulated?
I'm surprised anybody hasn't posted what I thought was going to be immediately posted. You know what it is. I will personally slap the first person that does.

How do you NOT notice a massive hive in your home?
It must suck for the guy that had to count the bees.
This is the first thing that came to mind [IMG_THUMB]http://i.imgur.com/SdCM1wS.jpg[/IMG_THUMB]
Is this the neighbor of the woman who lived in a house where one of her bedrooms was infested with a massive wasp nest?
For me, this is up there with burning to death. Hopefully he went into shock quickly. RIP
How can 800,000 bees even hide? The noise itself must be deafening.
Maybe the person who lived there thought it was the air conditioner running? Some people have weird reactions to strange noises. It's like when someone's car starts making a strange noise and they turn the radio up and keep driving. Maybe the problem will go away.
Who will be pressing charges against the bees? Will there be 800,000 court cases or just a group hearing?
People dying of Ebola, people killed by bees, whats next? Bees that infect you with Ebola? [editline]9th October 2014[/editline]
The Ebola virus can't infect bees. Most worker bees also tend to leave their sting in a person when they sting them and subsequently die, so there's that again. Also, I wish people would stop bringing up Ebola randomly just for the sake of it, if you must bring something up at least try to be funny.
I don't know but if I heard what sounded like 300,000 bees buzzing behind some door the last thing I'll do was open it.
I don't know but if I heard what sounded like 300,000 bees buzzing behind some door the last thing I'll do was open it.
I'd get a flamethrower ASAP and just the burn the house down if I heard that.
