• Adobe Flash completely shits up my computer (the second chapter of: display driver problems)

Some of you tech people might remember that I posted a thread on me, having a ton of different display driver problems. Well, I've turned off Flash and ran YouTube in HTML5 (though videos are limited), and now I'm having absolutely no issues. been watching tons of videos today and I've had zero crashing. Therefore, I believe that the culprit of the crashing relates to Adobe Flash. So I'm a bit clueless on how to fix this. I use Google Chrome and Chrome utilizes its own partition of Adobe Flash, where as another browser such as Firefox or Opera uses another install of Flash to run. That means Flash is integrated into Chrome. This is what I've tried. -Reinstall of Google Chrome (however keeping local files and stuff, just a simple reinstall of Chrome) -Updated Flash (at version 11,4,420 in Chrome) -Disabled Flash (which you know, fixed the problem but running YouTube and such in HTML5 is good but man, there's a lot of content I'm missing out on). I noticed that when I'm in the about:plugins section of Chrome, there's 3 different Flash versions. I'm not sure if all of them turn on when I put on the "Adobe Flash (3 files)", however there sure are 3 different versions of Flash. They're all currently de-activated and I really don't want to activate either of them. I have my system working now but using Flash fucks shit up so I'm still a bit too off to enable Flash again, you know, if it fucks shit up. I really hope I can get this issue solved with some help from you guys, so I can finally get my fair share of old vintage mercedes videos per day. :v:
Have you tried activating the oldest version (11.3)? I'm guessing you weren't having this problem originally so it probably occurred after a flash update
