This is stuck on my monitor, I keep getting it recently and I can only get rid of it through a reboot. Is there another way?
kill explorer.exe
I usually kill dwm.exe instead. Also as far as I know there's nothing to fix it unless you disable the fade effect of the menu. I can't remember where it is but it should be somewhere that's for sure.
