Last week, the temperatures of my graphics card (HD3650 ATI) were at around 44-46C idle, and around 66-70 on load.
Somehow, now it has changed to 60C on IDLE, and still around 70 on load. The fan is working fine, computer isn't dusty since I just cleaned it last week (Where the temperatures were still fine), and it has not changed location.
Anyone have an idea on why this is happening? Opening the case drops it to 58C, but I'm worried about dust since I don't even have compressed air to clean it out easily.

Actually, it just went back up again.
Those temperatures are fine.
Yup, am aware that they are fine. But don't really like how it's increasing for no reason. It just went up to 60C again, though I'm not really too bothered now.
EDIT
Heatsink of the GPU is nearly completely dust free. Fan is also quite dust free, except for the parts under it which is white due to dust. It randomly goes to 58C, than to 48C when I restart the computer.
Remove any dust covering the GPU heatsink.
