Has anyone ever had to do a technical test for level 1 support ?

Hi guys i have a technical test interview this week and i was wondering has anyone ever done one before and what should i expect ?

I took one when I started at Sykes Enterprises ages ago (Shitty company, does outsourcing for some big companies like Dell, fujitsu and others).

It was mostly basic questions about computers like "What is a BIOS?", "What happens at POST", "What is PCI". Nothing fancy as I recall it.

Yeah same for me when I got interviewed by actionlink in minneapolis, I didn't get the job but it's all simple stuff like "What would you do in X situation"
