That fucking thumbnail. You can see in those eyes the husk of a dead series.
Hang on, is that the same Voice Actor? [editline]19th March 2015[/editline] Yeah he is, also while I was finding out, I saw this. I guess he actually is dead. It looks like they don't even care themselves.
This is giving me a serious Spore: Galactic Adventures vibe.
at least the tail is well animated
at least the tail is well animated
It's a shame regarding the rest of him, very awkward looking movement.
For a minute I was happy.. but this is just for project spark isnt it..
I think this is relevant all things considered. Hell in the older footage Conker actually looked BETTER.
Conker looks like a fucking creepy ass fursuit in that thumbnail
Its amazing. His model in live and reloaded (a game for the first Xbox) looks so much better!
This hurts on so may levels. The style and execution is nowhere close to the old Conker. It's so clunky and feels very forced.
Think of this on the brightside, they're providing the assets for the dedicated fans who are most likely going to make a way better game!
They're going to need a lot of fukin assets to make an opera singing turd if that's the case.
I want to punch the guy in the face who thought of this project spark conker advertising bullshit
omg random fart xD I miss the old conquer, why did they even revived him?
Having finally tired of beating the dead horse, Microsoft has kindly provided you the tools to do so!
Every time I see the new Conker or Banjo it feels like Microsoft has rigged and dolled up their decaying corpses and is putting on a fucked up puppet show with them I mean look at Conker in the OP and tell me that's not what it looks like
Watched it. Its an actual soulless doppleganger of Conker. This is completely embarrassing.
only thing worth while was seeing those tediz (which look extremely similar, if not the same as the ones from live and reloaded)
goddamn that's still seavor's voice how could you do this chris how can you do better voices on an n64 than this
Its amazing. His model in live and reloaded (a game for the first Xbox) looks so much better!
Live and Reloaded still looks fantastic for its age.
don't even wanna kill myself right now
Don't worry guys. Playtonic Games is working hard on Project Ukulele. We don't need to deal with Microsoft's bullshit of ruining Rareware games cause Project Ukulele will make us forget about the bad times. Yes... no more nightmares... 3D platforming will be saved. I can feel it. [sp]Please, God.[/sp]
Heck, even the N64 Conker looked more expressive
I tried looking at the project spark website and I have no clue what it is about.
I tried looking at the project spark website and I have no clue what it is about.
Basically Microsoft's answer to Little Big Planet, with emphasis on killing dreams rather than creating them. (However, the base game doesn't look that bad)
failing to animate the eyes has to be one of the worst sins an animator can commit
I don't understand what mental disabilities the marketing department has in order to piece together that fans love these old franchises Microsoft is holding hostage, but while somehow missing that everybody will universally hate Micrcosoft for for going "look, it's them! what, new game? silly fan why would you want that". This is PR suicide. I'm reminded of how Capcom didn't localise X-Over because they had the brains to realise that whatever money they would make from it wouldn't be worth the hellfire that sticking the knife back into the wound would cause. Which is even worse because they know that people want Megaman in that case but refuse to give people it, which is clearly the same case here with Rare's franchises. It's looking better and better as time goes on.
I've been in the closed beta since I kickstarted it. The game is fantastic, excluding the various bugs and optimisation problems and the fact that the game isn't finished. The closed beta only has a small part of the game but they've shown extreme competence in the platforming and the level design and even some linear setpiece levels.
