Registering page is inconsistent with the Boostar page

I want a space in my name but when I try to register it tells me the maximum number of characters is 13, but on the boostar page it says you can have a name between 3-15 characters.

Laughing Stock happens to be 14 characters aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Why is it like this?
