did youtube change the "my videos" layout?

so, I was monitoring my youtube videos and I noticed: the layout of the "my videos" page looks different...

Well they added the modern look with the player update, but from my account it looks just the same as yesterday.

PS: Does youtube have an updates page? Similar to Valves news page?
