I'm not one to look on an internet forum for help(Dr. Facepunch, amirite), but this is one situation I need advice on. My friend A(aged 17) has problems with her sister. Her sister(B) is 16, but does Tier 2 drugs(smoking crack, snuffing cocaine, and PCP.) This usually wouldn't be a major problem if she just rots and dies but A's mother refuses to acknowledge the fact that B's pretty much a failure at life. This issue has probably been going on for over a year and a half, possibly longer, but it hasn't been that bad. B has stolen from the local mall a few thousand dollars in her cashier job to fuel her drug habit, and was caught with her first felony but was only let off with a slap on the wrist.(Could this be used as leverage to get her in trouble with the law?) Now, just a few days ago, B was caught with three other men in her bedroom, all having past felony charges, and was caught having underage sex with two of them, along with 70 or so grams of coke, a bunch of heroin, and some LSD. B is also involved in a few gangs(sexual relations, most likely), and I can't convince A that calling the police(the only option I know) is the way to remove this scum from her life, since she feels threatened by her 'gang status'. A is absolutely tired of this shit, and has asked me to see if there is any way she can get B to GTFO of her life(forced or otherwise), so I'm coming to you FP. For those who have significantly more knowledge than I do about child services and whatnot, is there anything she could do to remove this humanoid piece of trash from her house? Advice, please. This is a serious matter. (In before 'fuck her', 'rape', 'pedobear', Austin Powers puns, and other attempted meme shit by people trying to be funny.)

Why don't YOU call the police, you lazy bastard. Why is it so important she calls the police?
Child services. The Mom is allowing drug use and underage sex in her house, she is an unfit parent.
steal her crack money or just bus a cap in her ass
Join her. Maybe you can be a couple.

Call the police, or give us your their names and your area code and we'll call for you.
Why don't YOU call the police, you lazy bastard. Why is it so important she calls the police?
Because it's not my family, and I have absolutely no call over this entire thing, I can only offer advice at this point.(Also she requested that I don't call the police :/ [editline]05:24AM[/editline] -facepalm- I'd just like to know if she can get protection from the cops as she calls the police on her sister, because she's anxious that she'll get murdered in her sleep by gang members(I highly doubt this; they probably just use B as a fuckbag)

There's probably no actual gang involvement in this anyway.
You call the cops on her if A is too much of a pussy.
It's doubtful that cops would provide her with protection. There's probably no actual gang involvement in this anyway.
Probably not a "srs" gang like MS13 or something, but could she get protection in any way, just in case? :/
by friend you mean you right
Holy fucking shit. Ask her to share some of that heroin with me. :350::350::350: :350::350::350::350:
Call the cops on her no joke get the evidence and then do it, or call maury I mean it is harsh but if the mother won't acknowledge it then you need to do something [editline]01:28AM[/editline]
Holy fucking shit. Ask her to share some of that heroin with me. :350::350::350: :350::350::350::350:
yeah because heroin is cheap
Because it's not my family, and I have absolutely no call over this entire thing, I can only offer advice at this point.(Also she requested that I don't call the police :/
Well the fun part is, since you know there's been underage sex and Tier 2 drug use, (as well as with that amount an intent to sell) you could be considered an accessory to crime or withholding evidence if something eventually does happen.

And yes, I am actually considering taking action if A doesn't.

pedobear fucking rapes her amirite
Maury? what? And yes, I am actually considering taking action if A doesn't.
Holy shit yes the Maury show. http://www.mauryshow.com/be_a_guest.php DO IT
fffffuck
He's lying. To be accessory to a crime you have to help the criminal or hinder the investigation. Not reporting a crime isn't illegal.
Holy shit yes the Maury show. http://www.mauryshow.com/be_a_guest.php DO IT
i love that show
He's lying. To be accessory to a crime you have to help the criminal or hinder the investigation. Not reporting a crime isn't illegal.
Yes it is.
He's lying. To be accessory to a crime you have to help the criminal or hinder the investigation. Not reporting a crime isn't illegal.

Knowledge of the crime To be convicted of an accessory charge, the accused must generally be proved to have had actual knowledge that a crime was going to be, or had been, committed. Furthermore, there must be proof that the accessory knew that his or her action, or inaction, was helping the criminals commit the crime, or evade detection, or escape. A person who unknowingly houses a person who has just committed a crime, for instance, may not be charged with an accessory offense because they did not have knowledge of the crime.
He's lying. To be accessory to a crime you have to help the criminal or hinder the investigation. Not reporting a crime isn't illegal.
Yeah, it is.
He's lying. To be accessory to a crime you have to help the criminal or hinder the investigation. Not reporting a crime isn't illegal.
So as an outsider, if I report the crime with 'blunt' evidence, ie rumor of drug use or something, would I be accounted for as a suspect?
So as an outsider, if I report the crime with 'blunt' evidence, ie rumor of drug use or something, would I be accounted for as a suspect?
Read my post, he's wrong. No, you would be a witness. You could file for witness protection or person A or B or who ever's sister or brother (I hate people who don't use names at least) for witness protection as well. Generally though witness protection is a huge thing. So they'd have to be sure that's what you wanna do. Well he has a point to, but it wouldn't be hard to rule you out. ↓
So as an outsider, if I report the crime with 'blunt' evidence, ie rumor of drug use or something, would I be accounted for as a suspect?
Whenever anyone reports a crime to the police they are often initially treated as a possible suspect, yes.
