I need all 3 for a friends build for $150. Find the best combination you can find. He's on a tight budget, and want's to get the best for his $$$

They have a harddrive and cd drive right? If they do, do they have any old ram which can be carried over or is it old old? Basically can you give any details of the parts he already has.
