Hello. Is there a way i can connect my bluetooth PS3 controller to PC? I have seen people did it with their Xbox controller! How i do it with PS3 iif i can? Thanks.
I've actually seen drivers for it somewhere. [editline]05:54PM[/editline] Found it: http://www.hardcoreware.net/how-to-playstation-3-controller-64-bit-windows-7-vista/

You can do it using a USB cable I think. Not even sure if you need to download drivers. Windows does it. Sometimes just works.
Wrong section, but Household hacker has a tutorial for it. Hang on, lemmie get it... [editline]06:28PM[/editline] Here it is!
Use Motionjoy. It even allows you to emulate a 360 controller for games that fully support them. http://www.motioninjoy.com/
have you tried... PUTTING THE USB END IN YOUR COMPUOAR?? :effort:
Dude.. Hes talking about a ps3 controller.
Dude.. Hes talking about a ps3 controller.
Using the USB connector works fine if you get the driver for it.

I wondered about this too, once. Then I used Google and found out how.
Tried spelling?
Fine... Have you tried putting the USB end in your computer? :eng101: See? Not the same.
Download the drivers. I use a ps3 controller for all driving games on PC. Only bad thing is, force feedback doesn't work.
H&S forum. Also, DS3 Tool + their bluetooth driver. You have to connect the controller to your PC via USB then disconnect it though.
All it took was two Google searches: USB cable: http://www.ehow.com/how_4809736_use-ps-controller-computer.html Bluetooth: http://www.davieslim.com/ps3/use-ps3-controller-in-windows-wireless-bluetooth/
Thread has reminded me of how the Razer Onza still hasn't released.

http://www.motioninjoy.com/
this man speaks truth, I've been using motion joy myself, works great, just dont plug the PS3 controler into a USB hub, also, works with bluetooth adapters
PS3 controller uses a miniusb connector to charge.

This whole thread is a crime against nature.
This works but uninstalling it is basically impossible.
This And Motioninjoy also totally rapes your USB port. It wont accept anything but the controller (it fried two of my USBs).

Try it then.
I use it all the time with my ps3 controller.
This And Motioninjoy also totally rapes your USB port. It wont accept anything but the controller (it fried two of my USBs).
I don't see how software fried hardware... Not something I've heard of before..
ya, nothing bad has happened to me with it, sure the driver sometimes BSODs when you disconect the PS3 controler, but thats rare, and removing it is simple enough, just hit the uninstal drivers button in the DS3 utility, then remove the utility, sadly its not PnP compatable
Best driver in my opinion: http://www.motioninjoy.com/download latest version doesn't BSOD on disconnect anymore!
