GTA IV doesn't start up.

I downloaded GTA IV, but it keeps crashing as soon as I finish with Social Club shit, I press Play (offline) and then the green square around my avatar goes green, and then blue.

I have no idea what to do, I've verified it, defragged and still no answer.

I have an Asus G75V which is more than capable of running it. Still, if you want specs:

Uninstall Games for Windows Live and go download the lastest version.
