Is Expose for Windows. Work really nicely as well, but I doubt it works on XP.

I was super excited about compiz when I first installed Ubuntu. Then I realized that I never used my other desktops. Ever.

Who needs four separate desktops? Alt-tabbing is just as easy and often takes less time then spinning around a cube.

The application along with many of Compiz's features are pointless gimmicks for people who have nothing better to do than watch a cube spin

That doesn't look nearly as polished as Compiz's one. And even then, it was still useless.
