People had the same fear about the Jedi and Sith in SWTOR but in the end it wasn't really THAT bad.

Considering you have to actually go do the FATES, and each one only drops individual pieces of gear, and you need all the pieces to complete the set, I don't see what all the fuss is about, most people probably won't get all the items, thus won't have the silly hair.

I remember reading somewhere that you can eventually get a suit of [url=http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Magitek_Armor]Magi-Tek[/url] armor at some point. Granted, 6 was my favorite Final Fantasy and all, but that seems like a somewhat desperate attempt to convince people who loath newer Final Fantasies to give 14 a shot.
