you are not giving us info
what you're telling us now is that you bought slower internet and it's now slow.
what speed you paying for?
try a closer server, or pay for better internet
im paying for 8mbit, it was the same speed on BT, and that server is 20 miles away from me
You really should of switched to be (and not o2) since you get access to the forums (i don't think you can with o2) so you can then ask the be staff about it
contact your isp
