Secondary HDD not working after installing Windows 8.

I just did a clean install of Windows 8.1 and put all my backup, savegames, gmod dupes, pictures ect, on a secondary hdd which I completely disconnected before installing Windows again.

Now that I got Windows 8.1 up and running and connect the secondary HDD with all my backup on, it does not show up in disk management even after rescanning the disks. It does show up in BIOS so it's not a dead HDD. I literally used it only hours ago with no issues.

I can't even see it in Device manager.

So, installing the SATA drivers for my motherboard fixed this.

I should've done that before starting this thread :v:
