• Lack of Start menu and Task Manager

My friend has managed to install something called safety anti spyware, now she isn't good with computers and I've had a go at removing it myself but I can't manage to boot it in safe mode to stop the virus, and obviously because of the task manager and the start menu and explorer in general I'm at my wits end on finding out what to do. Anyone have any ideas?
why can't you boot in safe mode? what os? also: "and obviously because of the task manager" .... "I'm at my wits end" what the hell is that suposed to mean?
It's referring to them not bein there explained in the title. I can't boot safemode up because some chipaway alert comes up and asks if i want to proceed to boot.
hmm I never heared about chipaway, does windows key+R work? Otherwise you might need to run a antivirus from a bootdisk. Although it sounds like a pretty nasty virus, maybe you need to reinstall
Nope
Format the bitch and give her a limited account.
Yes do that.
Format the bitch and give her a limited account.
on her own pc yes that'd go down good, i've formatted it anyway after somehow getting into the bios and disabling that error, thanks for the help though.
