• Background ambience?

I just wanted to know if there was a program or a certain way for each background to play a certain MP3 as "ambiance". For example, running on Windows 7, if my background were to rotate to an image of (for example) a TF2 background, and I wanted it to play Rocket Jump Waltz, but switch to say Triage at Dawn once the Half-Life 2 background comes on, is there any way to do that? Bonus points if the music silences when another window is open.
why the fuck would you want to do that... -sigh- Best way to do this is to put a shortcut to the music file in your Startup folder (should be in your main menu), then set your Preferences in your default media player (WMP is probably the best for this, unless you actually use WMP) to "loop".
