At what point the soul enters the body is an argued point between even people of the same religion. Does any unique human life have a soul? In that case, individual sperm already have souls, and therefore men kill them constantly just by living, as they are constantly recycled.

Either way, everyone knows our governments can't support thousands or even hundreds of unwanted children, and there certainly isn't enough people accepting unwanted children. The people who do foster children, mostly just do it for the money and the kid has a shitty life. I don't see any logical reason why abortion should be illegal.
