Where do i report hackers to be testified in court?

recently my Steam account was hacked. On christmas. ruined the whole day too. Well i founnd out hacking is a FEDERAL CRIME. so i don't know where to report this fucker. He's looking at a year in prison. Someone tell me where to report him. And will i get my account back?

You have to tell someone your password and username for them to steal your account, it's the only way.

Well, seeing how a proper investigation has to be preformed before anyone can be arrested and put to trial, your best bet is flying over to China and put some capitalistic files on his computers share folder.
