I am wondering if there is some related glitch to windows seven and svn software or is my computer just weird.
I have windows seven windows seven home premium 64 bit.
What SVN software are you referring to?
Tortoise svn I cant access it through explorer.
Did you restart your computer after installing it like it tells you?
I installed it after I got my computer because my laptop died and dell gave me a new one.
So yes I did.

Same sort of thing. I've restarted my computer a couple times, but nothing has happened. It just doesn't appear.
