Shipping from America to Europe? - General

Hey guys,I'm planning to buy some T-Shirts from Valve store,but I have a question: To they ship to Europe? Specifically Eastern Europe. I know that here stuff that you receive under 20 euros doesn't cost crossing the border,so I'm thinking of ordering 3 T-Shirts separately. If Valve doesn't ship,does Bioware ship? Sorry if it's wrong section,but it's pretty general to me.

Shipping charges are included to the price often, and shipping costs a lot since rarely any shop agrees to use the regular mail. D: Pretty fine,I'm currently raging because of Valve's gay 1 dollar = 1 euro conversion,so Bad Company costs for Europeans 5000 dinars (50 euros) and 3600 dinars for Americans (50 dollars). 100 dinar = 1 euro. 60 dinar = 1 dollar. So basically same game,but 1/3 more expensive just because I live in Europe,and I will pre order retail copy which costs me 3000 (30 euros) :v:. But our economy is pretty much ruined because of 90's,but we won't get political here. I'm pretty sure I'm only Serb here,saw 2-3 croats here as well.
