Alright, so when I'm watching a video, generally it's not enough to keep my full interest, so I play something like Solitaire in the meanwhile, usually moreso when I'm waiting for the video to load. To do this on say, Youtube, I have to put Firefox into fullscreen mode. No problem generally.
After a while though, the alt+tab shortcut stops working properly, the small box that comes up sometimes disappearing even before I can let go of the tab key. This also happens sometimes even when I'm not using fullscreen mode in Firefox.
This carries on sometimes even after I close Firefox, and only repairs itself when I either restart the computer, or put it into sleep mode for a few seconds then start it back up.
Also possibly related is when I'm in Irfanview (v.4.23) and viewing a picture fullscreen, it'll randomly exit the fullscreen mode. Same fix as the alt+tab issue.
Has anyone else had these sorts of issues? And if so, does anyone know of a fix (aside from just not using fullscreen mode, that is)? It's not [i]that[/i] big of a deal to me, just a bit irritating sometimes.

OS: Windows XP Professional 32-bit
