Putting together a last minute very low budget machine, need confirmation

I've been asked to build a computer for someone which will play Live For Speed and some other games, as well as act as a Media PC.

It didn't need to be anything fancy, hence why I haven't included a sound card, high-end graphics card or CPU.

I've never built with an AMD CPU before so this is new to me.

Is it all going to work together and is there anything better for cheaper or nearly the same price?
