So what do you think? are you tired of sex scenes in 90% of all movies?
Too many sex scenes? I don't know what you're trying to get at here, boy. :raise:
Too many sex scenes? I don't know what you're trying to get at here, boy. :raise:
I mean those scenes which are supposed to be "romantic" with in the beginning the start making out and shiz til' they get to the bed and you see sex slow movements...
Stop watching crap films. It's know fact lower budget crap films throw in random sex scenes to entice viewers. It doesn't work.
There isn't enough :smug:
So you're talking about movies that are at least 30% sex and 70% story? Stop watching Skinemax at night :mmmhmm:
I enjoy watching movies with my mother and this always makes it odd. If I wanted to watch porn I would.

So like there's a weird vet called ace ventura and he meets some kinda chick and everything's well the most of the movie until near the end where you see ace and that chick under a blanket and the bed is rocking massively and the animals who are looking(sounds weird i know.) are like "omg wtf o.o" and then when they stop they are all like "ooh yea that was so good". I mean like What the fudge?

Sex sells deal with it ...
Don't give enough fucks.
So you are saying that too many sex scenes is a bad thing? I thought it was a good thing for us
So you are saying that too many sex scenes is a bad thing? I thought it was a good thing for us
It depends where you see them.
What if its a Porno then this thread is abundant.

Depends if it is done tastefully or not. It could just be one of those obligatory sex scenes in a horror movie where they just go "There is a sex scene because there needs to be a sex scene here." But other movies may include it just because they feel that without it the audience wouldn't know if the pair had fallen in love or not. Sometimes though there is a sex scene because they love each other and not just to demonstrate it. And in those cases I argue that it could actually be necessary.

If the scene is relevant and has been built up to then thats okay. Unlike movies such as Watchmen...Where they just felt like having sex randomly.
I like sex scenes but they are almost always a large part of the movie and fucking it up ruins it in the same way a sucky major scene does.
Yes. They're not interesting in the least. All you ever see is kissing and a lot of sheets. It's a waste of time.
I think it depends. Movies were it actually makes sense and is placed sensibly are ok for me, although the gratuitous man butt nudity is unneeded. Ex: Any romantic drama. Horror movies in which everyone's showing everything for the whole film are kind of stupid. Ex: The latest Friday the 13th, the new Halloweens. Also although they aren't movies, the Pacific and Over There. I have no idea why there were so many sex scenes in movies about war. What I'm more surprised about is the number of girls who are willing to strip completely and either simulate sex or have real sex in front of a camera. Maybe its the culture I grew up in, but it just seems kind of weird.
I've always wondered how male actors handle sex scenes. It must be awkward when they have to pretend to eat someone out but not actually do it.
Most sex scenes are shit. [editline]01:40PM[/editline] And some are way too long, like the ones in Watchmen and Taking Lives.
In action/horror movies they sometimes annoy me plus these "sex scenes" are boring.
I saw The Matrix Reloaded in theaters with my brother and his fiance years ago and when the sex scene came the fuck out of no where, it was pretty damn awkward. Especially since it lasted almost half the damn movie.
I don't mind sex scenes in general, but some are just overdone to the brink. I still have nightmares from the Watchemen movie :frown:
The only sex scene I loved to watch was the one in Shoot 'Em Up. Fucking badass
You can't have enough sex.
