I mean best as in trust worthy and cost efficient.
None.
I would have to say cyberpowerpc only because my friend bought his computer from there and won like $500 dollars in one of their stupid competitions haha

build your own, it's very easy.
You still believe you can't build a computer, for some reason. I'd go with Velocity Micro. I heard they have one of the greatest reputations for their building skills + customer satisfatction.
Dell :downs:
Just as a question I been to a site named ibuypower and it seems pretty nice. I'm just wondering if this site is good. I don't like some sites because they don't always have what I want for my pc and ibuypower seems to have everything but I found a video showing a broken laptop bought by that company and yada yada yada it go returned. I'm sorry but since I don't plan on building my pc I want to see whats the best website for custom pcs.

Cheaper than Ibuypower, better parts.
Prebuilts aren't custom.

Because...
Because I don't know what I'm doing? Really heres a main issue that scares me if I plan on building one: things may not fit like graphics card or power supply, not matching components to function properly, and really PCs look like a mess when building. If I can over come these fears then hell I would make a very nice pc.

What? Since when did I have the slightest clue of what I was doing when I was putting my PC together?
It's really pretty simple though.
Ram goes in only slots it will fit in on the mobo. CPU goes in the only thing it will fit in on the mobo. Heatsink goes over the CPU. Mobo goes in case, PSU goes in case, attach harddrives and whatever else. Srsly, shit only fits one way unless you get REALLY creative with power tools.

Just ask, people will pick some really good parts for you, that will have a perfect fit, just follow these little rules:
Budget
Where you live (Country/State)
No being a fanboy (wanting one brand over another, people wont help you then)
Date when you can order the parts

There's this fancy section on this forum. I think it's called... "PC Building".
Just post your budget, location and what you plan to be doing with said computer and if you already have most stuff like a monitor/speakers etc... and you'll get a nice list of components that will work together and you can ask whatever else you need help with.
When I built my PC I built it in the living room, took up the entire living room for 4 hours. Now I could probably do it in my room in an hour and a half, since I wouldn't be asking what goes where.
Also, motherboard comes with a manual explaining what cords go where and such.

Oh, yeah, I remember that thing!!! The guys who made it patented their special cooling liquid. Can't you do the same thing with cooking oil, though?
Newegg is cheaper to do, and I built my first computer from parts listed here, you can just watch some youtube videos to find out how, its not nearly as hard as I thought it would be.

Mineral oil with some additions.
1: Do it yourself
2: Buy the prebuilt newegg ones
