For those of you who live in the U.S, where do you do your shopping for DIY projects? (electronics parts, spare parts, misc. cool stuff etc)

I shop from old things tossed away. Its cheap and you get to learn how a lot of things are made. Also Home Depot, Fastenal and discountsteel.com, when things need to be new
