So I've been using Digi-Key for my electronics needs, but they don't seem to carry a 22K 1/4W pot (plasma speaker shenanigans).
Any tips on where I could find one?

If they specify a 1/4th watt part it's fine to take anything above that rating, just don't go under.
Are you building this from a tutorial?
I shop from old things tossed away. Its cheap and you get to learn how a lot of things are made.
Also Home Depot, Fastenal and discountsteel.com, when things need to be new
