Honestly I used to loathe Shkreli but after reading up on him I'm not sure if he's that bad anymore? Apparently there's only like a few hundred people that need the drug, and virtually all of them have it paid for by insurance, and I guess anyone that can't afford the drug can just contact him and he'll personally send it to them for free.

As far as I know you are right. What he did is still bad because he's exploiting the insurance system and ultimately driving up costs for patients, and the worst part was his complete smugness about the whole affair.

Quite honestly he's not nearly one of the worst offenders. People just latched onto him because he's smarmy about it.
Regardless he's going to end up with a broken nose, someone is going to pay top dollar and then get the strongest person they know to permanently fuck him up which is almost unfortunate really
