Okay, here's the deal. My dad and I have been trying to get Drive Xpert to work, specifically the super speed function to store games in. The problem is, when we get it running Drive Xpert remains offline OS-wise and neither drive shows up. My dad said he got Drive Xpert to work before, why is it refusing to work now?
Here are my computer's specs for anyone who can help:
Asus P5Q w/ Intel Quadcore (not sure if I'm doing this right)
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
8 gigs of memory (4 2-gig kingstons)
2 500 gig WD hard drives for Drive Xpert set up (Equaling 1 terrabyte)
2 300 gig hard drives already in the computer with data (1 Samsung, 1 WD)
